No, our league does not accept team submissions. We are a draft league, where each year, captains are nominated to lead teams. After registration in March, we hold an official draft night, during which the captains select their teams. This draft process keeps the league fair and balanced, creating an inclusive environment for all players.
We are scheduled to play starting in May and ending in September. Each year, all teams participate in a Spring and Fall weekend tournament, as well as playoffs in September.
Regular season games are typically played on Mondays or Tuesdays at 6:15 PM or 8:00 PM once a week. If there are rainouts, these games will be held on the next available Thursday at 6:15 PM.
Players need a glove, helmet, and appropriate clothing. Helmets are mandatory while batting. Teams are provided with bats, balls, and catcher equipment. Players also will receive a new jersey, according to the size they submitted, each season.
Typically, teams have 10-13 players on the team, depending on registration.
To play in this league, you must be 18 years of age or older by the first game of the season.
